Does my salary change? No — your terms transfer exactly as they are, and changes made because of the transfer are void.
Does my length of service carry over? Yes — continuous service transfers intact, protecting redundancy and unfair dismissal rights.
What about my pension? Old occupational scheme rights generally don't transfer, but the new employer must provide minimum pension provision; accrued pension stays yours.
Does TUPE apply to a share sale? Usually not — your employer stays the same legal entity, so your contract simply continues.
